Robert Couturier

Trumpet

Bob is the founder and business manager of the Granite State Brass. He received his training in Composition and Music Theory at the Boston Conservatory where he studied composition with John Adams, and theory with Chris Rose and Larry Bell.His principal trumpet teachers include Dan Nolan, Steve Emery, and Jay Daly. Bob is a former member of the nationally honored McDonald's All-American Marching Band, the McDonald's All-American Jazz Band, and the All-Eastern Honors Band. He performs as a freelancer throughout New Hampshire.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Eastern Michigan University with additional studies at Bowling Green State. Glenn performs in many regional bands including the Hampshire Brass Quintet and the Moe Breton Big Band.
