Voice, Guitar, Piano Melissa Blasek is a New Hampshire native and professional musician and vocalist. She has been performing professionally since she was fourteen years old and is a regular in the New England music scene. She has performed at the Acton Jazz Café, CR Sparks, XO On Elm, The Palace Theatre, The Yard, The Firehouse, Hermanos, The Lebanon Opera House, The Barre Opera House, as well as countless other venues and private events. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Berklee College of Music where she received a scholarship and studied with Livingston Taylor, David Scott, and Donna McElroy, among others. Melissa has recorded with Grammy award winning engineer and producer, Tom Carr, and sung for recording projects in all genres- from hip hop to jazz to country to Christian rock. Melissa can be seen with her piano/voice duo act, performing a variety of pop and jazz standards. She is available for performances and studio work in the New England area. Melissa can also been seen on the local access television show “Play On”, where she interviews musicians and music business professionals. Melissa currently teaches private voice, guitar, and piano lessons. She believes in teaching traditional technique through the use of contemporary music. She has developed a contemporary vocal curriculum supplement that reinforces tradition vocal technique through the use of pop, rock, r&b, and country music. With certification from Success Music School, Melissa specializes in multi-sensory approaches to teaching music notation, guitar, and piano techniques for visual-spatial learners. Piano, Voice, Bass Jackie Bellows has a varied musical background. She has studied
various instruments including electric bass with Kent Allyn
and upright bass with Dave Clark and Mark Carlson. Jackie has
also studied piano with Richard Crafts and Art Matthews and
voice with Lisa Wolf and Peggo Hodes. Jackie was a founding
member of the Trio D'Amici and has performed with the George
Westbay Band and Jay-Walking Jazz.

Piano Katherine graduated music high school and earned musical degrees in Conservatory of Music CLUJ, Transylvania (Europe). She had taught High School theory, music history, viola and piano for 19 years. Katherine also took courses in ECE and is now a teacher at Educare in Goffstown. She has also taught at Notre Dame College Community Music School from 1992 to 2000. |
Piano, Electric and Midi Keyboard Art has perfected his skills on the piano and keyboard at the Cosmopolitan School of Music in Cincinnati Ohio. His resume boasts twenty one years of teaching experience at Hampshire College, the University of Massachusetts and Tufts University. Art plays jazz, rock, blues and funk and is well versed in midi. Barbara Sloboda Voice, Piano Barbara has studied piano and voice at CFNI College in Dallas Texas, Boston Conservatory and songwriting at Berklee School of Music. She has served as music director at different area churches. She is Music Director of the Silver Stars of the Palace Theater in Manchester and Director of Theater at Jesse Remington High School of Candia. She has been a professional music instructor for fifteen years. |
